Fairview Construction was established more than four decades ago by Michael J. Furnari as a commercial general contracting firm. Under his leadership, the company grew to become one of Michigan’s 10 largest commercial contractors. Michael J. also initiated Fairview’s expansion into real estate investment with a focus on residential communities, land acquisition and land development.

Today, his son, Michael S. Furnari draws on nearly 20 years of experience of acquisition and real estate development to the Fairview’s leadership team. Responsible for all the company’s financing procurement, entitlement and business development, Michael S. guides Fairview’s continued expansion and growth.

Carolina Furnari plays a key role in preparing and submitting proposals, overseeing contract negotiations and administration, project scope evaluations, estimating, budget forecasting, scheduling and implementing safety procedures. Carolina’s hands-on approach to Fairview’s operations has resulted in exceeding company goals as well as client expectations.
